Prelude Art Awards

Begun in 1985, the Prelude Awards was an annual event that recognized the achievements of high school students in visual and performing arts in Marion County. The awards were sponsored by The Penrod Society and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. In 2009, The Children's Museum turned the program over to the Indiana Association of School Principals. The program ended after 2011.
